The primary ingredients include 10-ounces of frozen broccoli, 10-ounces of frozen cauliflower and 4-ounces of cheddar cheese. Additionally, be sure to bring in ½-cup milk, a piece of diced small potato and one whole onion. Give the dish more flavors by adding 4-pieces of vegetable or chicken broth.
Using a 4-quart saucepan on top of a medium-high heat stove, boil the potato, cauliflower and broccoli. Add the broth and onion as well. After several minutes of waiting, lower the heat and then put on the cover. Cook for at least 10 minutes. Take out a cup from the mixture together with some pieces of cauliflower and broccoli. Set them aside for some time. Wait for the soup to cook for additional 10 minutes.
