For those who wish to try this simple recipe, the ingredients include 2-tablespoons of butter, 2-cups of chicken stock and ½-pound chestnuts. Likewise, prepare a teaspoon of ground coriander, 2-cups of milk and 2-tablespoons of flour. To complete this dish, you must also bring in ¼-cup sherry, a teaspoon of lemon juice as well as a teaspoon of ground coriander. Prepare at least a teaspoon of salt for seasoning.

Add the pepper, sugar and salt right into the mix. Put the butter in the dish as well.
