Tilapia with Special Cheese Sauce
For those who love cheese, they can now enjoy such a special dip with seafood, thanks to this deliciously unique recipe.
The ingredients include ½-cup coarsely shredded Velveeta cheese, ½-cup mayonnaise, and 8 pieces of tilapia fillets.
For seasoning, be sure to bring in at least a tablespoon of garlic powder, a tablespoon of black pepper, and a tablespoon of sea salt. Furthermore, prepare at least 5 tablespoons of olive oil.
Set the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Put small amounts of olive oil on the baking sheet. Put the fish fillets on it.
Lightly sprinkle the dish with garlic powder, ground black pepper, and sea salt. In a separate bowl, mix the crumbled blue cheese with the Velveeta cheese. Put some of the mixture on the fish fillets. Pour over a tad of paprika.
To enhance the flavor, it is good to add potato chips. Place the dish inside the preheated oven and then wait for about 8 to 15 minutes to finish.
Lightly Battered Tilapia with Sage Butter Sauce
For the fish, the ingredients include ½-cup flour, 2 to 4 slices of toasted bread, and 2 to 4 pieces of tilapia fillets. Likewise, prepare at least ¼-cup olive oil, ½-teaspoon of dried rosemary, and ½-teaspoon of dried sage.
To complete the fish, you also need ½-teaspoon of salt, ½-teaspoon of freshly ground pepper, and 2 to 3 eggs.
For the sauce, gather a teaspoon of garlic, 4 to 6 pieces of sage leaves, and a pinch of dried rosemary. Additionally, also bring a pinch of salt, a teaspoon of olive oil, and ½-stick butter.
Place the toasted bread inside the food processor. Wait until it turns into breadcrumbs. In a small bowl, crack the eggs and then put them in it.
Add flour and then mix thoroughly. Dip each fish fillet and then dip right into the crumbs. Ensure that all the fillets are covered entirely with breadcrumbs. Of course, remember not to overcoat the fillets.
Place a frying pan over moderate heat. Add oil and then fry the fish until golden brown.
While cooking the fish, it is good to prepare the sauce beforehand. In another pan, place olive oil and butter. As the butter melts, add the garlic, salt, rosemary, and sage.
When the butter is melted completely, allow it to stand for at least another minute. Pour the special sage butter sauce over the fish fillets and then enjoy.
