A customary meal in Poland, cooking fresh Polish sausage has turned into a favorite in many other countries. For beginners, these recipes should be quite easy to prepare.
Polish Sausage Soup
Fresh Polish sausage
Bacon fat (2 tsp)
Beef broth (six cups)
Beer (12 ounces)
Onions (1 cup, chopped)
Tomatoes (16 ounces)
Brown sugar (2 tbsp)
Red pepper (1 tsp)
Potatoes (2 cups)
Place the bacon fat in a skillet. Heat it and add the onions. Cook them for two minutes. Add in the tomatoes, sugar and pepper. Let the combination boil. Next, put the mixture in a pan.
Let it cook for 60 minutes and add the sausages. Put in the potatoes as well. Continue cooking fresh Polish sausage for 30 more minutes. Cover the pot with a lid. This has to be served after cooking.

Polish sausages (6 pieces)
Sauerkraut (1 can)
Potatoes (sliced, 2 cups)
Butter (2 tbsp)
Water (half a cup)
Salt (1/4 tbsp)
Pepper (1/4 tbsp)
Paprika (1/2 tsp)
Cayenne pepper (1/2 tsp)
Pour the water in a pan and set it over medium high. Add the sausages in the skillet. Let it cook for 5 minutes. Take away the remaining water. Continue cooking fresh Polish sausage by slicing them into several pieces.
When it’s cooked, move them to a baking dish. Add all the other ingredients there except the butter. Apply the butter evenly on the sausages. Add the potatoes. Now take the dish and put it in the preheated oven at 375 F. Leave it there for an hour.

Seasonings (bell pepper, onions, Worcestershire sauce; 2 tsp each)
Butter (2 tbsp)
Water (1/2 cup)
Barbecue sauce (1 cup)
Put the sausages on the grill. Allow it to cook for 10 minutes. Cook each side for 5 minutes. Pour all the other ingredients in a bowl and mix. Heat it for 15 minutes.
Continue cooking fresh Polish sausage by adding the sauce in the pan. Include the sausages. Cook on the grill for 15 minutes. This can be served with some vegetables or hamburgers.
Seasonings (some of the popular choices are onions, garlic, jalapeno, cheese, chili pepper etc)
Slice the pork into edible chunks (an inch will be fine). Gather all the seasonings and combine in a bowl. Mix well. Add the meats. Pour them in the sausage casings. Immerse in lukewarm water. Put the casing on the stuffing horn. Place the sausages in the fridge.
Put them in the freezer if you won’t be eating it for a while. Use airtight bags. When they’re about to be eaten, remove from the fridge. Allow the meats to thaw first. Remember, store the meats in the freezer if you won’t be eating them for several days or weeks.
