Transfer the mixture in a shallow baking dish. Add the rolled meat in the baking dish. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Do not cover the baking dish and place it inside the oven. Cook the meat and the soup for 1 ½ hour. Remove from the oven and transfer in a clean bowl. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Spanish Rump Roast
To prepare and cook this scrumptious entrée, you need four pounds of rump roast, a small bottle of French dressing, ¾ cup water, eight small onions, a cup of stuffed green olive slices and two tablespoons flour. Heat a small saucepan and put ¼ of the dressing in the saucepan. Add the meat and wait until the color turns golden brown. Add the remaining dressing and water. Cover the saucepan and simmer for two hours and 30 minutes. Add the potatoes, onions and olives. Simmer for 45 minutes. Make sure that the vegetables are tender before removing from the pan. Transfer to a clean bowl and serve with a cup of rice.
Baked Rump Roast
The dish contains four pounds rump roast, three tablespoons vinegar and a can of French onion soup. Pour vinegar over the meat and drizzle with ¼ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Place the meat in a baking pan and place inside the oven that was preheated to 350 degrees Fahrenheit for an hour. Pour the onion soup in the pan and return to oven. Lower the temperature to 300 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for three hours to four hours. Serve the dish while hot.
