How to Cook Smoked Brisket

Smoked Beef Brisket

The ingredients for the dish are a bottle of liquid smoke, a bottle of Heinz 57 steak sauce, 1 ½ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, ¼ teaspoon Tabasco sauce, five beef briskets, ¼ cup brown sugar, ½ teaspoon garlic powder and ½ teaspoon salt. Season the meat with salt and garlic powder. Mix the liquid smoke, Worcestershire sauce, steak sauce and Tabasco sauce in a bowl. Transfer the mixture in a resealable plastic. Put the meat inside the plastic and marinate for 12 hours. Arrange the meat in a baking dish. Preheat oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the baking dish inside the oven and cook for five hours. Remove the meat from the oven and sprinkle with brown sugar. Serve immediately.

Brisket in Liquid Smoke

For this recipe, you need six pounds beef brisket, two tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, a teaspoon of onion salt, a teaspoon of celery salt, three teaspoons garlic salt and a bottle of liquid smoke. Combine all the ingredients except for the meat in a bowl. Brush the mixture on the meat. Cover the meat with an aluminum foil and place inside the refrigerator for 12 hours. Preheat oven to 225 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the meat in a baking dish and put inside the oven. Bake for eight hours. Remove the dish from the oven and let it stay for an hour. Serve with a cup of rice.

Marinated Barbecue Brisket

To cook this dish, you need five pounds trimmed beef brisket, two teaspoons meat tenderizer, ½ teaspoon celery salt, ½ teaspoon seasoning salt, ½ teaspoon garlic salt, ½ cup liquid smoke, ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce and 1 ½ cup barbecue sauce. Place brisket on an aluminum foil. Drizzle with tenderizer, celery salt, seasoning salt and garlic salt. Pour the liquid smoke, barbecue sauce and Worcestershire sauce over the meat. Seal the foil and refrigerate for 10 hours. Place the foil wrapped meat in a slow cooker. Set the cooker to low heat and cook for 10 hours.
