How to Cook Trout

Trout refers to freshwater species that belong to the subfamily Salmoninae. Asian Rainbow Trout

To cook this main entrée, you need four skinless rainbow trout, two teaspoons soy sauce, ¼ teaspoon pepper, ¼ teaspoon salt, a teaspoon of white sugar, a teaspoon of olive oil, a teaspoon of minced garlic, a teaspoon of minced fresh ginger as well as four green onions. Chop the onions and set aside. Brush the fishes with soy sauce and drizzle with sugar, pepper and salt. Pour olive oil in a pan and heat over medium fire. Add the ginger, garlic and green onions. Add the melted butter and pour the lemon juice. Fold the sheets and seal. Place the fish on the grill and cook for 20 minutes. Serve with a cup of rice.

Pan Fried Whole Trout

For the recipe, you need four whole trout, ½ cup all purpose flour, ½ cup cornmeal, 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper, a teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of ground black pepper, three tablespoons olive oil as well as two lemons. Pour the olive oil in a pan and heat over medium fire. Mix all the ingredients except for the fishes and the lemons. Coat the fishes with the cornmeal mixture and fry each side for six minutes. After cooking, arrange the fishes in a plate and slice the lemons into several portions. Garnish the dish with lemon slices.
